Due to studio security restrictions, we are required to limit the number of devices a single account utilizes to stream. We are able to enable additional devices, but this process is not automatic.
If you receive a message that you have exceeded the number of allowed devices, please contact Streamingsupport@screenerpassport.com. You will need to provide your log-in credentials so we may look up your account.
How do you keep track of my devices?
The screener site utilizes cookies for maintaining your session and enabling the video player as well as passive browser fingerprinting to address the tracking of computers. Browser fingerprinting is a common technique used to identify a device (and thereby a user) whereby information is collected about a remote device and the browser used for access for the purpose of unique identification.
